• Drafting and Modeling: Create detailed 2D and 3D models of MEP systems using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
• Coordination: Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are accurate and clash-free.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Clash Detection: Use software to identify and resolve conflicts between different MEP systems and other building components before construction begins.
• Fabrication Drawings: Produce fabrication-ready drawings that can be used by contractors to install MEP systems accurately.
• Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy of drawings and models, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.

• Fabrication Reports**: Full reports on Devices and Fabrication Parts, along with mechanical equipment, air distribution devices, and hydronic pipe reports, are required for the project.
